I am a PhD level immunologist with 20 years of experience in translational research while working at top rankings hospitals of the world such as the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Texas Children’s Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center . I am an excellent team member and leader with successful record of achievements while working with clinical, research, Bioinformatics, and technical teams from various organizations. In addition to my management experience, I also completed the LEADing Self training as suggested by MD Anderson Cancer Center.

I have equal expertise in immunotherapy and clinical research management. I participated in various Phase I clinical trials (14 clinical trials are ongoing at present) and developed flow cytometry, molecular biology and confocal microscopy based assays to predict the treatment responses or to define the mechanism of action (MOA) of biomarkers and/or therapeutics (Pharmacodynamics, PD and Companion Diagnostics, CDx) tested. I published my work in top ranking journals. Along with in the area of infectious diseases and inflammatory diseases, I also work in the area of CAR NK cell-mediated therapy of cancer , with special emphasis in biomarker development and published the findings in peer-reviewed Journals.
